No cash refunds
Because every setup is built personally and individually for each client, we don't offer cash refunds once work has begun. Instead, your guarantee is support.
The support guarantee
If your website, admin panel, access dashboard, or browser extension has an issue, we fix it — for free — for the length of your support period: 1 year on Starter, 5 years on Premium. This is the guarantee that replaces a cash refund: you're never left alone with a broken site.
What's covered
Issues with the system we built for you — the website, admin panel, dashboard, or extension not working as delivered.
What's not covered
Third-party tool subscription costs, changes to the system made by you or someone else after delivery, and outcomes related to how you run or market your business.
Before you pay
We encourage every prospective client to book a free call, see the live proof, and ask every question before paying the initial 50% — so there are no surprises once work begins.
